Your "Armoury Athlete" Agreement
We strive to ensure our relationship as a coaching team and Armoury Athlete is as transparent and collaborative as possible. Below are some (mostly boring) terms and conditions outlining our roles.
Between: You (The Member) and Sam Crabtree LTD Trading as The Armoury Coaching Studio ("Gym" or "Armoury")

1.0 GENERAL
1.1 I understand there are inherent risks in participating in a program of strenuous exercise. If I sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating in the program, I acknowledge that The Gym and the coaching team are not responsible - except where the injury was caused by gross negligence or by an intentional act of the coach.

2.0 CONTRACT DURATION & RENEWAL
2.1 I understand that by completing payment and agreeing this contract I commit myself to minimum contracted term of 1 month and must provide 30 days notice Notice to Cancel (So if you cancel on the 15th of April, your membership will run until the 14th of May, and you final DD payment on the 1st of May will be adjusted accordingly). 3.0 PAYMENTS
3.1 The Member agrees to pay monthly recurring fees (as appropriate for the selected membership) for every month’s membership at The Gym via recurring card payment or Direct Debit.

3.2 I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit/debit card detailed when signing up to this contract via Stripe or GoCardless.

3.3 Memberships that are paid in full/upfront are non-refundable.

4.0 MEMBERSHIP PAUSES
4.1 Membership Pauses are limited to 1 month (1 payments) per calendar year, in 1, 2, 3, or 4 week increments only.

4.3 All Membership Pause requests require 14 days notice before the next scheduled payment date - any requests received later will be processed the following month. These requests must be sent to [email protected]

4.4 Upon expiration of any pause period, membership payment will automatically reactivate and resume.

4.5 If you choose to cancel your membership during the pause period you must follow the normal cancellation procedure.

5.0 SESSIONS
5.1 Sessions can be booked via the Teamup app up to 7 days in advance

5.2 Sessions can be cancelled via the Teamup app - if more than 90 minutes before the session start time then the session credit will be rebounded

5.3 Sessions do not roll over from week to week, you’ll be entitled to up to your session limit each week
_
5.4 For sickness, injury or holiday, you may bank up to one month of total sessions each year. These session credits will have a 3 month expiry date. Requests must be made to [email protected]

5.5 Banked session credits cannot be used without an active paying membership

6.0 AGREEMENT
6.1 In the case of injury or illness, The Armoury reserves the right to apply discretion to the cancellation and freeze policies outlined above.

6.2 I understand that by completing payment and taking up membership at The Gym I am entering a contract and agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined above.
